Crash after clicking "log in" Empty

Hey guys, just asking for a little help:

Game works, i can see authentification successful; i can see GG is working, no error.

When i enter my ID and password tho, the game crashes and back desktop.

Anyone knows why and how to fix ? thanks a lot !!!!
