Cant Post Private Message

I already activate my forum account, but I cant post private message for 7 days.
I wanna ask about my donation, me tried send message (pm) to Admin-Fans in forum but cant do it because it say (New members are not allowed to post external links or emails for 7 days). Is there any method for me to tell my donation details?

Have a look Profile below funtions , Email,pm ? using the pm funtions . why should you need to wait 7day ?
