why my laptop can't play?(windows7)

when i click ryl, this word got out "TODO HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM & NEED TO CLOSE"

please tell me how to fix this problem

did u figure it out yet? if not then try reinstalling it, patch and find the main folder CIB\RYLFan etc find the main .exe and try running it from that.
