Hello Guys, Me and a few of my friends are looking for a nice RYL server to play. i have a few questions about this server.

1. Whats the Fame rate
2. How r the classes (balanced Powers)
3. is the server balanced
4. it says its high rates so is it rele Ez to lvl up
