Why only roll back you can for help player from hacked id

Gm, why must rollback you can do for help other player from hack....
effect than that so far all player lost Item, lost metal, lost fame
do you can get any way for fix the problem ? or you just can doing restart / rollback only

claim for any lost item,metal n fame you only just give us boost drop rate, autolevel & drop panadol only it's so sad to hear that

I'm afraid all the players will be reduced and moved to another server...
