Need help please!

I'm having problems starting the game up.
I get 3 errors when i start up RYL itself
1.) Cannot Update LoginRes.dll file
2.) Cannot Update LC2.ogg file
Then is opens the server select menu and everything looks fine
However when i select the RYLFans server this error says
"Please run "ClientSetup.exe""
What does this mean?
I've tried reinstalling this multiple times, and i get the same results.
HELP!?

replace those file you lost to your RYLFolder ,
and click mouse2 to run it before in games .
